Wood Board Finish

Supplies

• Unfinished wood piece. Example is from Joann Fabrics and Crafts.

• Acrylic Paint

• Paint Brushes

• Sticky Board

• Double Sided Tape

• Hot Glue Gun

Directions

1. Paint the unfinished wood and let dry.

2. Wrapped your stitch around the sticky board and use double side tape on the back to tape your salvage under the board.

3. Hot glue the four corners of your stitch with the sticky board to the painted wood. Do not apply glue to the center. The corners are the highest points and if the center is glued down the cross stitch will be concave instead of flat.
